Craig Emerton

Craig has been described as a “unique composite in a corporate world”. His focus and tenacity have successfully navigated the complex delivery of projects that were otherwise near impossible.

From horse training to movie sets, live animal exhibits to property development, Craig has done a lot in his life. During his career, Craig developed a strong understanding of team work, humility, patience and the will to win from working on the land for over 20 years. These attributes have been instrumental in successfully delivering projects ranging from complex land developments and subdivisions, high end residential projects, retail, commercial and industrial projects and over $35 million of challenging and unique projects for the international hospitality and leisure giant, Merlin Entertainments.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Craig’s long-standing relationships attest to his unwavering commitment, easy-going personality and ability to instil confidence in those around him.

Nigel Pollard

Nigel brings a strategic client centric perspective to all his projects. With a property, facilities and development background at Australia’s largest general insurer, his meticulous attention to detail provides clients with an unsurpassed level of confidence in managing risk and delivering outstanding results. Renowned for his ‘out of the box’ thinking, Nigel has consistently maximised returns for asset owners with innovative development opportunities and client satisfaction for tenants who receive the benefit of his unique approach.

Bringing to each project the added value of Advisory, Strategic Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Digital Infrastructure, Change Management, Logistic Management and Technical and Essential Services, Nigel’s expertise is not limited to simply the design and construction of the physical build. Notwithstanding a primary focus in large-scale commercial and retail environments in recent years, Nigel is also experienced in a delivery of projects in F&B, Education, Health, Childcare, Law, Hospitality and Commercial environments for international and domestic clients.

Brian Rogut

Brian joins Linked with an established career and stellar reputation gained during his 30 years in the industry.

A graduate of Building Science and a Licensed Builder, Brian gained his initial experience as a Construction Supervisor and Head Contractor’s Project Manager, exposed to all facets of the industry including, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Brian transitioned into the role of Client Side Project Manager and Project Director, successfully delivering significant and complex commercial and residential builds, corporate and retail fitouts, integrated fitouts and commercial building refurbishment projects for some of Australia’s leading corporations and government bodies in landmark CBD buildings.

Brian has an excellent understanding of the construction, corporate and retail fitout and commercial building refurbishment market, and possesses the ability and experience to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders in all projects, having repeatedly and consistently achieved successful results for corporate, government and private clients.

Josh Phillips

Josh is a highly driven, reliable and industrious member of the Linked team. He has a diverse project management background with his experience and skills gained in the planning, concept development and delivery of civil and elite sports infrastructure projects, supported by excellent exposure to the mining, rail and commercial development sectors.

His robust experience includes extensive work within ‘live environment’ projects, as well as planning and construction within greenfield environments. This experience has necessitated extensive engagement with clients and contractors alike, to ensure proactive resolution of issues to support the highest quality of outcomes. A confident and capable communicator with a strong attention to detail, his focus on detail and delivery belie his easygoing nature and approach.

Daniel Estes

With over 20 years experience across residential, commercial and hospitality projects, Daniel understands that all projects comprise of an intricate series of details. His personable, yet no-nonsense style of communication with clients and vendors, ensures a clarity of understanding across the board – where efficiency is integral – but not without consideration to design and budget.

Having worked across both Australia and the United States, Daniel brings a confidence and knowledge to his projects which Linked clients will find unique – with an assurance that each project is in safe hands with Daniel.

Alex Cameron

Alex is an essential part of Linked, bringing to the team a combination of interests and experience that support the outstanding outcomes we provide for our project partners and clients. As a graduate of Construction Management (Hons) from Western Sydney University, Alex has a mature approach and is skilfully developing her client-side project management skills. Her enthusiasm and keen attention to detail reflect a project manager who continues to develop from strength to strength.

Alex’s exuberance and drive motivates her interpretation of projects from a contemporary perspective. She is looks forward to traveling the world and drawing upon various ideas from around the globe to apply to her projects. Her passion for health and fitness has developed her determination, while her creative background enables her ability to provide ‘outside-the-box’ solutions to any problem.

Oliver Smith

Oliver joins Linked with over five years architectural experience, having worked closely with clients to deliver townhouse developments, apartments and commercial buildings. He has a passion for design and construction which translates into a unique set of skills which add value and ingenuity to each project he works on, with sound experience working across all stages of the project life-cycle.

He is confident in leading/participating in design and consultant coordination meetings, preparing design presentation packages, reviewing design and documentation information and coordinating consultants and resources to efficiently reach key deadlines.

Oliver’s critical thinking and problem-solving skills ensure an effective time management focus, while his easygoing and amiable nature make him a valuable team member. He is easily able to interpret and communicate visual, written and verbal cues using his architectural ‘hat’ to work with clients to achieve their vision.

Shayla Dullabh

Shayla joined the Linked team with eight years’ experience in the property development industry in New Zealand. She has a unique track-record, having worked for some of New Zealand’s leading Developers across the residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Shayla prides herself on her ability to bring projects home on time, budget and scope whilst minimising risk and impact, delivering excellent outcomes overall for clients and the wider project team.

Josh Champion

Josh is a project management graduate (Distinction honor role) of the University of Sydney, with 3+ years’ experience of on-site construction project management and compliance consulting experience. His exposure within the management cadetship program, headed by influential industry leader, Ross Smith OAM, provided exposure to all levels of business practices and hands-on management training on large construction projects over a two-year period.

Josh is a detail-oriented project management professional with strong technical skills and the ability to learn and implement concepts efficiently into work tasks. He has a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects in the construction sector and experience in providing extensive consultation services and reports to clients on construction regulations.

A confident team leader and decision-maker, Josh demonstrates keen initiative when working individually or as part of a team, whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail and providing excellent customer service.
